use perfectit.ai responsibly. don't abuse it. we provide feedback on your presentations using AI—it might be wrong sometimes. you're responsible for what you do with the feedback. we can change prices or features with notice. if you break the rules, we can suspend your account. standard stuff.
by using perfectit.ai, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service. we can update these terms occasionally—we'll notify you if we make significant changes. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
you can use perfectit.ai as a guest or create an account with a valid email address. if you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure. if someone uses your account, that's on you. you must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
guest checkout: you can purchase gift packs as a guest without creating an account. we'll collect your email address only to send you the gift codes and receipt.

violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
free tier: you get one free analysis. after that, you need to pay.
pay-as-you-go: $5 per presentation analysis. payment is processed immediately through Stripe. all sales are final unless you request a refund within 24 hours.
gift packs: $20 for 5 analyses. gift codes never expire and can be redeemed by anyone with the code. they're non-refundable once generated. when you purchase a gift pack, you can optionally provide email addresses for recipients, and we'll send each recipient their individual gift code directly.
we reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. price changes won't affect analyses you've already paid for or gift codes already purchased.
if you're unhappy with your analysis, email us at support@perfectit.ai within 24 hours of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. no questions asked. after 24 hours, all sales are final. gift packs are non-refundable once the code is generated.
your content: you own your presentations. by uploading them, you grant us a temporary license to process them through AI models to generate feedback. we don't store your content (see our privacy policy).
our content: perfectit.ai, our design, code, and brand are our property. you can't copy, modify, or redistribute our service without permission.
feedback/output: the AI-generated feedback we provide is for your personal use. you can use it however you want for your own presentations. don't try to resell our service.
our service uses AI models to analyze presentations. AI can be wrong. the feedback is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific needs.
we don't guarantee that following our AI's suggestions will improve your presentation. use your judgment. you're responsible for the final content of your presentations—not us.
we try to keep perfectit.ai running 24/7, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. maintenance, updates, or technical issues might cause temporary outages. we're not liable for any damages caused by service interruptions.
how we handle your data is covered in our privacy policy. the short version: we don't store your PDFs or AI outputs. we collect minimal metadata (token count, file size, errors, usage, presentation hash). we have agreements with AI providers that prevent your data from being used for model training. when you purchase gift packs, we collect your email to send you the codes and receipt.
you can delete your account anytime. we'll delete your data within 30 days.
we can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. if we terminate your account for violations, you won't get a refund for unused analyses.
perfectit.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we're not liable for:
our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is less).
you agree to indemnify and hold harmless perfectit.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your presentations, or your violation of these terms.
we can modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. we'll try to give notice for major changes, but we're not obligated to. if we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give at least 30 days notice.
these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. any disputes arising from these terms or your use of perfectit.ai will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
if you're in the EU, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to bring disputes in your local courts.
if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
these terms, along with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and perfectit.ai. they supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
